You are warmly invited to our Summer Advisory Forum, taking place on Thursday 20 August at Orchard Brae House. The forum will focus on the theme of Helping Clients Understand Energy Bills and Navigating Supplier Disputes.
During this session, our Energy Carers who will share insights into:
The basics of an energy bill
Common issues with energy bills e.g. incorrect billing
More complex issues involving advocacy with energy suppliers e.g. energy debt and complaints handling
Following the positive feedback from our previous two forums, we will once again include a structured networking session, offering you the opportunity to make new connections and build on existing relationships.
