EAN Online Session: Supporting People with Public Debt

Join us on Tuesday, 24th February, for an Edinburgh Advice Network Online Session which will focus on Supporting People with Public Debt.

We will be joined by members of the DWP Debt Management Team who will provide an overview on how debts are recovered via deduction from benefit, the role of the debt recovery team and support they can provide. There will be time for questions and discussion.

Alissa De Luca-Ruane from Aberlour Children's Charity will then share about their work nationally and locally, on Public Debt, and will lead a discussion focusing on Council Tax.

As always, we will close with a General Meeting to provide an open space for you to share and discuss the latest issues you are facing in your agency.
