Edinburgh Advice Network Consultation Event

Join us on Thursday, 23rd May, to shape the future of the refreshed Edinburgh Advice Network.

The Edinburgh Advice Network brings together advice providers on a regular basis to share learning, resources, and training opportunities. The network will be shaped by advice providers and will promote increased integration and collaboration. Practitioners can expect regular events throughout the year that bring the network together, as well as continuous information sharing within the network.

Following the 2022 Review of Welfare Rights & Debt in Edinburgh, the Edinburgh Advice Network takes forward the recommendation to facilitate a formalised network of agencies and provides a platform for practitioners to share learning and drive good practice within advice. It builds on the previous Advice Agencies Forum, which held its final meeting in January 2024 with a refreshed network and forum for Edinburgh’s advice community.

We invite advice practitioners to actively participate in shaping the vision and priorities of the Edinburgh Advice Network. Additionally, the event will provide an opportunity to build connections with other advice providers in the city.

Please join us for a networking breakfast from 9.30am, the event will begin at 10.00am

• Please note that priority will be given to advice practitioners/ managers working in the Edinburgh area and spaces will initially be restricted to three per organisation.
• A full agenda for the event will be emailed to attendees closer to the time of the event.
