DWP Pension Credit Research Survey
Chris Colgan of the DWP Operational Stakeholder Engagement Forum at DWP, shares a request from researchers working on Pension Credit. The research explores claimant behaviour around Pension Credit, in order to help improve services for customers and the organisations that support them.

Pension Credit Research Survey
We are conducting research in the Retirement space trying to develop a better understanding of claimant behaviour around Pension Credit. We need your help with this.
A survey has been created where we mean to capture the different behaviour you see in your customers when helping them apply for and maintain Pension Credit. This survey touches upon your experience:
helping customers apply for Pension Credit
supporting customers with reporting changes in circumstances to Pension Credit
helping customers with One Login identity verification services
supporting customers with accessibility needs
identifying communication preferences of customers
helping with State Pension deferrals
You might not have experience with all the points mentioned above. The survey caters to that and lets you skip topics accordingly. Depending on your responses, you may come across 9 sections with 47 questions. Most of the questions require multiple choice responses and may take 15-20 mins of your time.
Your participation will help us improve services for the customers and organisations that support them. I would encourage you to share the survey with your colleagues too so we can get maximum responses which will help take meaningful decisions.
