We will be joined by Rae McCormick from Social Security Scotland who will share a presentation and take questions on the topic of Supporting and Medical Information for Scottish Disability Benefits. The session will explore policies and processes in detail to enable advice providers to better support claimants through their application journey.
This will be following by an advisor knowledge sharing and discussion session focusing on appeals and decision making for Scottish Disability Benefits providing the opportunity to share and discuss experiences including challenges, strategies and emerging trends.
As always, we will close with a General Meeting to provide an open space for you to share and discuss the latest issues you are facing in your agency.
