Tackling In-Work Poverty through Fair Work

Date: 8th October 10-11.30am

Location: Edinburgh City Chambers

Registration: Register Online

I’m getting in touch on behalf of the Edinburgh Fair Work Action Group. The group is a collaboration of employers in the city all committed to the promotion of Fair Work in Edinburgh.

Challenge Poverty Week is fast approaching, and the group wants to use this opportunity to spotlight the impact of poverty and find solutions together. To do this, the action group is hosting an event to focus on ‘Tackling In-Work Poverty through Fair Work’. As a key partner in the city’s Fair Work movement, the group would like to invite you along to the session to take part in discussions about how we can work together to make Edinburgh a Fair Work City for all.

The event is taking place in-person on the 8th of October 10.00-11.30am at the Edinburgh City Chambers. For more information and to book your space, please visit the event page on the following link - Select tickets – Tackling In-Work Poverty through Fair Work – The Business Centre, Edinburgh City Chambers, 253 High St, Edinburgh.

Please feel free to forward this on to colleagues and those within your networks.

Thanks for your time and we hope to see you there.
