Mark Upward, Household Support and Advice Manager at the Advice Shop shares their 2024 Annual Report which includes an overview of the Advice Shop service as well as key figures and issues for 2024.
Issues highlighted in the report include UC migration; Adult Disability Payment; Carer Support Payment and Rent and Council Tax arrears. The Advice Shop assisted 4,852 people in 2024 and £8.6 million in financial gains were achieved for clients.
