The DWP Disability Services Advocacy Team share information on stakeholder sessions they are holding online in March. The sessions are on Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit (IIDB), Access to Work (AtW) and Access to Work Payments Upskilling, with various dates for each session.

Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit (IIDB)

This awareness session covers what IIDB is, the eligibility criteria and then the whole customer journey from making a claim to receiving a decision. There will be Q+A at the end of the session.
Access to Work (AtW)
03/03/2026, 04/03/2026 and 18/03/2026
This awareness session covers what AtW is, what is can support with, eligibility criteria and the customer journey. There will be opportunity for Q+A at the end of the session.
Access to Work Payments Upskilling
31/03/2026
This session covers reasonable adjustments, the Health Adjustment passport (HAP), what Access to Work is, what it can fund, eligibility and how to complete claim forms. There will be opportunity for Q+A at the end of the session.
