Alex Caygill, Customer Service Leader for Edinburgh at the Department for Work and Pensions, shares a DWP update that was provided to Edinburgh advice providers who attended DWP Operational Delivery Group meeting on 2nd June. He also shares the latest Universal Credit Routeway document (May 2026).

The latest Universal Credit Routeway Document (May 2026) has been added to the Resources section of the Edinburgh Advice Network website.
The resource section of the website can be accessed by Edinburgh Advice Network Members. Apply to Join if you are an advice provider in Edinburgh and are not already signed up.

Hosted by Alex Caygill, DWP Customer Service Leader for Edinburgh, this meeting takes place every 2nd month, and enables Edinburgh based advice services to meet with their local DWP representatives.
It provides an opportunity for current priorities involving our shared customer base to be discussed, including topics of concern and specific scenarios. It is also provides a chance for updates to be shared by the DWP with representatives from various local DWP teams in attendance.
