EAN Event on 2nd October: Technology and AI in Advice

Join us on Thursday, 2nd October, for the next Edinburgh Advice Network Event which will be focused on Technology and AI in Advice.

We will be joined by Gordon Johnstone from Scottish AI Alliance who will talk about the ethics of using AI and introduce some key concepts and considerations.

George McFerran will share learning from Wyser AI and introduce the Wyser Assist product, whilst Martin Polhammer, CEO of East Lothian Housing Association will share experiences about their own digital journey including introducing use of Wyser Assist in all their customer facing roles.

There will be opportunities to connect with peers throughout the day and to explore key concerns and issues with the speakers.
