The Vision Vault:
This platform has been launched in direct response to the findings of the Wellbeing Index survey, offering a space for you to share ideas that can improve the way we work and support wellbeing across Scotland’s free money advice sector.
Every day, advisers and support staff navigate challenges, develop workarounds, and discover new approaches. Whether it’s a fresh idea, a practical solution, or a small change that makes a big difference—we want to hear from you.
We’re especially keen to hear ideas around:
Enhancing client support and access to advice
Promoting adviser wellbeing and reducing stress or burnout
Improving training, collaboration, or peer support
Streamlining administrative tasks and boosting efficiency
Directly respond to the developing areas highlighted in the Wellbeing Index
The Vision Vault is about turning real-world insight into action. Your ideas will help shape a more resilient and supportive sector. As part of this initiative, we aim to produce a publication to share your contributions across the sector and create opportunities to present standout ideas to key stakeholders. The goal is to spotlight examples of best practice and champion the changes that matter most to those delivering advice on the ground.
You can submit your ideas to the Vision Vault here.
