Housing Systems have developed a new e-learning course all about the Successful Legacy Appeals Compensation Scheme.
The DWP are not seeking out claimants that could be entitled to a lump sum payment from the scheme, so it’s important for those working with UC claimants to understand who the scheme is for.
The course explains why the scheme exists, the eligibility rules, how to claim and highlights the situations in which claimants may be entitled.
