Dear Colleagues,

LCiL is committed to ensuring our services reflect the needs, priorities, and lived experience of disabled people, older people, individuals with long-term conditions, and their carers. We are developing a new, integrated service model and would greatly value your views as part of this process.

We recognise the extraordinary work already being delivered across statutory, voluntary, and community services at a time of rising demand and stretched capacity. This programme is designed to complement and strengthen existing provision, offering additional community-based capacity, early intervention, and flexible referral pathways that can help reduce pressure on frontline services and support people earlier, before needs escalate.
