We’re excited to announce that Money Advice Scotland Workforce Wellbeing Index Survey will launch again in Q3!
Team Wellbeing Report now available:
For the first time, participating teams will have the opportunity to receive a dedicated, confidential wellbeing report for their team — giving you actionable insights and the ability to benchmark your results against sector-wide data across the free money advice sector in Scotland.
Key details:
Confidential team reports: Your team’s results will only be shared with your team.
Sector benchmarking: Compare your results against overall sector-wide findings.
Opt-in required: Teams must sign up to receive their own team-level report by 30 September 2025.
Minimum responses: At least 8 completed surveys per team are required to generate your report.
Important: These reports are only available to Scotland-based teams delivering free money advice and those working in advice-adjacent fields, including housing and welfare rights.

We’ll also be publishing our comprehensive sector-wide index report later this year, including key findings, insights, and recommendations to help inform future strategies and strengthen wellbeing across the workforce.
