Angela Voulgari, Equally Safe Edinburgh Committee Lead Officer at City of Edinburgh Council, shares an update on New Domestic Abuse Resources that are being developed for professionals. Some resources are already available, and your feedback is requested.

New Domestic Abuse Information and Resources

Working alongside colleagues from the Edinburgh Council and specialist Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) organisations, we are creating a range of resources for professionals on Domestic Abuse.

Some resources are already available and can be viewed on the City of Edinburgh Council Webpage at Domestic Abuse Information and Resources. More will be added to this page in the weeks to come.

Your feedback on the resources would be extremely valuable, and will help ensure they can be useful as possible for a range of professionals including advice providers. We would like to know:

  • Have you, or do you (or colleagues) expect to use these resources?

  • In what ways are they or are they not useful?

  • What more would you like to see?

  • Any other suggestions or feedback.

For more information, or to share any feedback, contact Angela Voulgari at angela.voulgari@edinburgh.gov.uk.
