Seraphus and Scotland's Migration Service share the details of an online session they are delivering for third sector organisations.

Please join Seraphus for an online session specifically for voluntary and community organisations in Scotland looking to recruit and employ migrants.
This 2 hour session will be delivered by one of our lawyers to provide an overview to employing migrants already in the UK, and those overseas.
This session will cover:
charity worker visa
employing people who are on a graduate or student visa
how to recruit non-UK nationals as volunteers and interns
applying for a sponsor licence
and how to conduct a right to work check
We will also be joined by a guest speaker from a Scotland-based organisation, sharing insights on migrant experiences in the work place.
There will also be time to ask questions and find out how to access further support on your journey as an employer.
This session is part of Seraphus's outreach work as it supports the Scottish Government to deliver it's Scotland's Migration Service.
Seraphus offers free advice and support to employers (and investors) based in Scotland looking to employ non-UK nationals from overseas, and those already living in Scotland.
