The event will mark the launch of the Change the Story Commitment, a shared pledge to tackle poverty stigma across services, with its principles and values shaped by families. Making it Work for Families will present their co-designed Stigma Toolkit, showing how it can be applied in everyday practice. You’ll also hear national insights from The Poverty Alliance, and learn about new stigma training animations co-created with End Poverty Edinburgh and The City of Edinburgh Council.
You’ll leave with tools, examples, and resources to embed dignity-based practice and take action through the Change the Story campaign.
