Chris Earle, Workforce Wellbeing Officer at Money Advice Scotland reminds Edinburgh Advice Network members that the Workforce Wellbeing Survey closes on Wednesday 26 November and he invites you to complete the survey if you have not already done so. One EAN service is high up on the leader board and currently on target to receive a confidential Team Wellbeing Report with several more being close to reaching the 8 responses required to receive this.

With just one week to go until the Workforce Wellbeing Survey closes, I wanted to share a encourage anyone who hasn’t yet taken part to complete the survey if they can.
Thank you to everyone who has already responded – your feedback is crucial in helping us understand how people are really feeling at work and where support is most needed. If you haven’t had the chance yet, there’s still time to add your voice.
Team Reports
A quick reminder that teams with eight or more completed responses will receive a confidential Team Wellbeing Report, offering tailored insight into your team’s strengths, challenges, and priorities. These reports are proving to be a valuable resource for shaping local wellbeing conversations and planning meaningful action, so every response really does count.
